You will be contacted via email within 1-3 business days to discuss appointment availability and to connect you with your location’s host (if applicable).
Your $50 booking/travel deposit is payable to the host or to Safe and Sound Saddle Fit (instructions will be included in your appointment email).
Cancellations must be received within 3 business days before the start of the saddle fitter’s travel departure date to your area in order to receive a 50% refund on your deposit. If we have not received your cancellation notice within this time frame, your deposit is nonrefundable.
