*Saddle Trial Policy: Pre-owned saddles may be ordered for a prepaid 5-day trial within the continental US. The trial begins the day the saddle is delivered and ends at 11:59pm CST on the 5th day. Trial saddles must not be adjusted, reflocked, or altered in any way during your trial. If you decide to return the saddle, you must email orders@safesoundsaddle.com to notify us before the end of your trial period . We will email you a UPS return label within 1-2 business days and will deduct $50 from your refund (shipping and insurance fees are nonrefundable). Refunds will take place within 3-5 business days after saddle is returned in the same condition back to Safe and Sound Saddle Fit (fines will be incurred if saddle arrives damaged, dirty, or altered from its condition before the trial). If you choose to keep the saddle at the end of your trial, no further action is needed. The saddle will be considered sold as-is and nonreturnable if you do not notify us of your intent to return the saddle by 11:59pm CST on the 5th day of your trial. If you take a saddle on trial and choose to keep the saddle, you will not receive a credit or refund for the difference between the trial price and final sale price.

**Final Sale Policy: If you are confident that this saddle is the one, you can choose the Final Sale option to pay $200 below the trial price. We strongly recommend that customers work directly with a qualified saddle fitter familiar with this brand to provide guidance on optimal tree, panel, seat, flap etc. for you and your horse.
